Paramount Healthcare Insurance policyholders can access their deductible counters, ID card, claims information, find doctors, find providers and more by signing up for a MyParamount account. Users of the service can also make payments at any time of the day. Below is a step by step guide on how to create and account, log in, make payments and file claims.
How to Log In
Step 1 – Go to the homepage of the company website by entering this url http://www.paramounthealthcare.com/ in your web browser.
Step 2 – On the left hand side of your screen, locate the “MyParamount Login” button as shown below.
Step 3 – You will be redirected to the MyParamount landing page. Click on the “Login” button appearing under “Members” to access the login page.
Step 4 – Enter your login credentials (password and username) and then click “Sign In” to access your account.
Forgot password – Click on the “I forgot my password” on the login page to reset your password. You will be required to enter your email, username, and name.
Forgot username – Click on the “I forgot my username” on the left-hand side of the login form. You’ll be required to enter your email and name.
Enroll in Online Access
Step 1 – Go to the homepage and click on the “MyParamount Login” link.
Step 2 – On the next page, click on the “Create an Account” button under “Members”.
Step 3 – On the next page, read through the company’s terms and conditions. Click “ACCEPT” to proceed.
Step 4 – Enter your member ID, name and date of birth. Click Next to proceed.
Step 5 – For the next 2 steps, provide all the information required to complete the enrollment process.
Step 1 – On the homepage, click on the pay Your Bill link on the main menu as shown below.
Step 2 – On the next page, click on the “Medicare Members” link.
Step 3 – Click on “Pay Now”.
Step 4 – Enter your member ID, invoice number and zip code. Select a payment method and click on the “Click-to-Pay” button.
Make a Claim
Step 1 – File a claim by logging in to your MyParamount account.
