There are numerous bill payment options available to Pekin auto insurance policyholders. Pay your bill online (via electronic bank transfer, or credit/debit card), through the mail, over the phone (call 1-800-322-0160 EX. 2010), or by automatic/recurring monthly payments. An overview of the online bill payment process is detailed below. Policyholders can access important policy information (such as account statements, billing details, claim information/updates, and ID cards) by signing in to their account. If you do not already have an online account, follow the steps in the ‘Enroll’ guide below to learn how to register for access.

How to Log In
Step 1 – Begin by going to the homepage (www.pekininsurance.com).
Step 2 – Click the ‘Access My Account’ link (either at the top of the page, or in the ‘Customer Center’ menu). After clicking the link you will be transferred to the account sign-in page.
Step 3 – Enter your username and password into the input fields in the form on the right side of the page. Click the ‘LogIn’ button to gain access to your account.
Forgot Password – On the sign-in page, press the ‘Forgot Password?’ link directly under the login form. Enter your username into the input field on the right side of the page (below ‘Request Password’). Complete the captcha, and then press the ‘Process Request’ button.
Enroll in Online Access
Step 1 – On the main account access page, click the ‘Create an Account’ link. You will be taken to the registration page.
Step 2 – Select a username, and then enter your email, first name, last name, city, street address, ZIP code, and phone number.
Step 3 – Provide answers to the security verification questions, and then click the ‘Create Account’ button at the bottom of the form.
Non-Login Payment
Step 1 – Go to the main bill pay page by clicking this link (page will open in a new window/tab).
Step 2 – Press the ‘Click to Pay Your Bill’ button. You will be transferred to the secure online payment form.
Step 3 – Enter your account or policy number, and ZIP code. Press ‘Continue.’
Step 4 – Enter your personal information and payment details. Follow the on-screen instructions to successfully submit your payment.
Make a Claim
Auto claims can be filed through your local agent, online, or over the phone (call 1-888-735-4611).
Step 1 – To file a claim online, go to the main claims page here.
Step 2 – Click the ‘File a Claim’ button. You will be transferred to the online reporting system.
Note: The online claims system will only work in Internet Explorer (no other web browsers are supported).
Step 3 – Enter your policy/personal details, and detailed loss information.
