Plymouth Rock Auto Insurance Login | Make a Payment

Current Pymouth Rock auto insurance policyholders can make payments via one of the following methods: online using ‘eServices’ (login required) or ‘QuickPay’ (no login required), over the phone (MA: 866-353-6292 NH: 866-591-5545 CT: 800-979-6288), or through postal mail (scroll down the page to view address information). Claims can be reported online, or over the phone (MA & CT: 888-324-1620 NH: 800-932-6288). Phone lines are open 24 hours per day 7 days per week. More information regarding the claim online claims process can be viewed at the bottom of the page.

How to Log In

Step 1 – The easiest way to log in to your account is to go to the homepage (http://www.prac.com), and then enter your account email address and password into the input form located on the right side of the page (outlined below).

Forgot Password – If you can’t recall your account’s password, click the ‘Reset’ link in the login form on the homepage. You will be taken to the password reset page. Enter your email address and click ‘Continue.’ Follow the on-screen instructions to continue the password reset process.

Enroll in Online Access

Step 1 – On the homepage, click the ‘Register’ link to be taken to the registration page.

Step 2 – Select the type of policy you are registering, and then hit ‘Continue Registration.’

Step 3 – Enter your policy number, first name, last name, date of birth, and ZIP code. Agree to the terms & conditions and then click ‘Continue.’

Step 4 – Create your password/other login credentials.

Non-Login Payment

Step 1 – On the homepage, click the ‘Go’ link under the ‘Quick Payment’ section.

Step 2 – Enter your policy number and ZIP code into the form on the right side of the page, and click ‘Continue.’

Step 3 – Provide your payment details.

Make a Claim

Claims can be reported over the phone or online.

Step 1 – To start the online claims process, go to the claims sub-site here (this link will open the site in a new tab).

Step 2 – Enter your policy number (or click the sign in using personal info to log in with your name and date of birth), agree to the terms and conditions, and then click ‘Save and Continue.’

Step 3 – Provide all of the required information (accident details, descriptions, vehicle information, etc.). After submitting your claim, a claims representative will contact you to set up a time for an adjuster to inspect the damage to your vehicle.
