Learn how to access your Pronto auto insurance online account in the sections below. Features of managing your policy online include convenient bill payment options (both one-time and recurring payments), the ability to view/update account information, make changes to your policy (add vehicles, purchase new coverages, remove drivers, etc.), and more. Policyholders who need to report a claim can do so either online or over the phone (more details provided in the ‘Make a Claim’ section at the bottom of the page).
Step 1 – Beginning on the homepage (www.prontoinsurance.com), click the ‘Login’ link in the upper right corner of the page (as outlined in the screenshot).
Note: You can also just click the button at the top of this page to have the login page open in a new window in your web browser.
Step 2 – You will be taken to the sign-in page. Enter your login credentials (user ID and password), and then click the ‘Login’ button to access your account.
Forgot Password – If you do not know your account’s password, click the ‘User ID or Password’ link on the sign-in page. On the next page, select the ‘Reset My Password’ option. Enter your user ID into the input field that appears, and then click the ‘Reset My Password’ button.
Step 1 – On the main homepage, press the ‘Register’ link in the upper right corner of the page (directly next to the login link – outlined in red below).
Step 3 – In the remaining sections you will create your user ID and password, and then finalize the registration.
