Current PSI International Student Health Insurance policyholders can access their policy online by going to the PSI website and logging into their account (read the guide below for specific instructions). If you need to file a claim/report an incident follow the steps in the claim section posted below.
How to Log In
Step 1 – Start by going to the PSI homepage (http://www.psiservice.com/psiweb/).
Step 2 – Press the “Current Customer” link (outlined in the screenshot) to be taken to the main login page.
Step 3 – Enter your email address (or mobile phone number) into the first input field, and then enter your password into the other blank field. Click the “Sign In” button to access your account.
Forgot Password – If you cannot recall your password, click the “Forgot Your Password?” link on the login page. Enter your email address/mobile phone number into the input field and then hit the “Send Password” button (your password will be sent to your email).
Enroll in Online Access
Step 1 – Click the “Sign Up” link on the main login screen.
Step 2 – Select the type of health insurance plan you want to sign up for (e.g. study abroad students, F1 visa only, J1 visa student, etc.).
Step 3 – Select whether or not you will be a full-time student when your coverage starts, and then enter your date of birth. Click the next button to move to the following section of the enrollment form.
File a Claim
Step 1 – Many doctors/medical providers will be able to report your claim for you. If you need to file your own claim then you will need to print out your ID card and the claim form (these can be printed out by signing into your online account).
Step 2 – Fill out the claim form and then email ([email protected]) it to PSI.
