Existing policyholders of Sentry Life Insurance can make payments, view payment history and schedule future payments 24/7 on the website from wherever they are. Payments can also be made over the phone by calling 1-800-533-7827. Claims are made over the phone as well by calling 1-800-325-9559 or 1-800-272-0533 for the state of New York. To make a payment online, follow the instructions below.
How to Make a Payment
Step 1 – Go to the website by entering the URL “https://www.sentry.com/” in your browser or clicking on the “Login” link at the top of this page.
Step 2 – Locate the Make a Payment link on the left-hand side of your screen. Click on it to proceed.
Step 3 – You will be redirected to the “Make a Payment” page. Under “For Individuals” locate “life”. Click on “click here” link as shown below.
Step 4 – You will be redirected to the payments portal. You can choose to register for a payments account or log in. To pay without logging in, enter your policy number and zip code, and then click on the “Pay Now” button as shown below. You can pay with your credit/debit card.
NOTE: To view your payment history or schedule your payments, you need to create an account and log in.
