Travelex Insurance plan holders can request changes to their plan and file claims online via the Travelex website. Follow the guides posted below to learn how to submit a plan change request, as well as how to report a claim.
How to File a Claim
Step 1 – Go to the plan holders page and press the “online travel protection claim submission” link.
Step 2 – Select your product/plan from the drop-down list and then enter your brochure/plan ID number. Click the submit button and then download the claim form.
Note: To check the status of an existing claim enter your plan details into the second form.
Make a Change to Your Plan
Step 1 – Start by going to the main plan holders webpage located on this page (link opens in a separate browser window/tab).
Step 2 – Click the link titled “Online Change Request Form.”
Step 3 – Select your product from the drop-down list (travel basic, select, max, flight insure plus, business traveler, partner advantage, etc.), and then enter your plan/brochure number. Click the submit button to move on to the next step of the process.
Step 4 – Select the changes that you want to make to your plan. After your request has been submitted, a customer service representative will contact you (typically within 1-2 days) to confirm the changes.
