If you’re a current TRICARE Insurance policyholder and need to enroll for online access, file/review a claim, make a payment, or manage your policy then follow the tutorials posted below.

How to Log In

Step 1 – Go to the main login page (http://www.tricare.mil/ContactUs/SecureLogin).

Step 2 – Click the “View All” link to view all of the secure login links.

Step 3 – Search the listing of the programs to find which site you need to log in to, and then press the “Login/Register” link.

Enroll in Online Access

Step 1 – Go to the main login page (“Secure Login”), select “Enrollment/Payments” from the drop-down list (and then press next).

Step 2 – Select which plan you want to enroll in online access for, and then press the next button.

Step 3 – Follow the instructions on how to enroll (e.g. go to the plan’s website, and then enter your enrollment details).

Make a Payment

Step 1 – On the secure login page, select “Enrollment/Payments” from the drop-down list.

Step 2 – Select “Pay Bill/Change Payment Method.”

Step 3 – Fill in the validation form (select who you are, country, ZIP code, and what plan you’re using).

Step 4 – Provide your payment details.

File a Claim

Step 1 – Go to the secure login page and select “Claims” from the list.

Step 2 – Select “Check Claims Status.”

Step 3 – Validate your information, and then follow the on-screen instructions to review the status of your claim.
