United Auto Insurance policyholders can access and update their policy information by creating a user account on the website. By enrolling in online access, customers can make their monthly payments at their convenience from wherever they are. The login, registration, and claims process are detailed below.
How to Log In
Step 1 – On the homepage (http://www.unitedautoinsurance.com/), click on the “my account” link at the top of the page as shown below.
Step 2 – On the next page, select a language of your choice between English, Spanish, and Polish.
Step 3 – You will be redirected to the login page. Enter your username and password and click “Login”.
Forgot Username and/or Password – On the login page, click on the first link just below the login form. You will be redirected to the “reset my account” page. Select what you want to recover (username, password or both) and enter your email address. Click on the “Reset my Account” button to proceed.
Enroll in Online Access
Step 1 – On the homepage, click on the “MY ACCOUNT” link at the top of the page.
Step 2 – Select a language.
Step 3 – You will be redirected to the sign in page. Click on the “create account” link at the bottom of the page as shown below.
Step 4 – On the next page, enter your client code, full name and zip code as it appears on your statements. Click “Continue” to complete the enrollment process.
Make a Claim
You can file a claim by contacting your insurance provider directly. If you are not sure who they are, call customer service at 1-773-202-5000.
