Create a UnitedHealthcare online account to gain 24/7 access to policy and plan details, as well as the ability to make payments to your provider, view claim updates, benefits information, and more. The guides posted below detail the login, enrollment, password reset, and claims processes.
Note: Only UnitedHealthcare customers (who are at least 13 years old) can create an online account.
How to Log In
Step 1 – Go to the main UHC member site (https://www.myuhc.com).
Step 2 – Enter your username and password into the login form on the left-side of the page (as outlined below).
Step 3 – Click the login button to access your online account.
Forgot Password – If you do not recall your password, click the “Forgot your username/password?” link within the login form. Enter your first name, last name, date of birth, member ID, and account/group number into the form, and then click the “Next Step” button. After confirming your identity you will be able to reset your password.
Enroll in Online Access
Step 1 – Go to myuhc.com and then click the “Register Now” link.
Step 2 – Fill in your full name, date of birth, member ID, and account/group number. Hit the “Next Step” button to move to the next section.
Step 3 – Create a username, password, and security verification question/answer.
File a Claim
Step 1 – Manage your claims by enrolling for online access/signing in to your account on myuhc.com.
