Verizon Cell Phone Insurance policyholders can make payments, view usage, reset or change their Voice Mail password as well as access their mobile phone by logging in to MyVerizon on the website. To use this service, users have to sign up. Below is a step by step guide on how to log in, register and file claims.
Step 1 – Go to the MyVerizon login page on the website by clicking on the “Login” link above. Enter your User ID or mobile number and click “Continue” to proceed.
Step 2 – You will be required to enter your password to access your account.
Forgot user ID – To recover your user ID, click on “forgot user ID” on the MyVerizon login page. Enter your 10 digit mobile number.
Forgot password – To recover your password, click on the “forgot password” link on the login page. You will be required to enter your 10 digit mobile number.
Step 1 – Go to the My Verizon login page by clicking on the “login” link at the top of this page. Click on “Register” as shown below.
Step 2 – You will be redirected to another page where you will be expected to enter your 10 digit mobile number. Click “Continue” to proceed.
Step 3 – You will receive a text message with your registration PIN. Use this PIN to proceed with the registration process. Follow the on screen prompt until you have completed enrollment.
Step 1 – Go to http://phoneclaim.com/verizon. Click on “Start a Claim”.
Step 2 – On the next page, click on “let’s get started”
Step 3 – Fill in the claims form. You will be required to enter your personal information, details of what happened, replacement device details, and shipping and payment information. Click “Submit”.
