How to Log In
Step 1 – Get to the main login page by first going to the homepage (http://www.washingtonnational.com/) and then clicking the “Online Service Login – Policyholder” link near the top-right corner of the page (outlined in red below).
Step 2 – Enter your username and password into the form on the left side of the page.
Forgot Password – If you don’t know your password click the “Forgot Password” link on the login page. Enter your username and email address into the form. You will receive an email that will give you a new password.
Enroll in Online Access
Step 1 – Go to the main sign-in page and click the “Register” link below the login form.
Step 2 – Enter your first name, last name, ZIP code, date of birth, last four digits of your social security number, and your policy number. Click the submit button and then create your user ID/password.
Make a Payment
Step 1 – Payments can be made by signing in to your account, or by going to the payments page and filling out the “Pay Now” form.
File a Claim
Step 1 – Go to the login page and then select “Washing National” from the drop-down list.
Step 2 – Select which claim form you want to download. The form will download in .PDF format. After filling it out send it in to Washington National/to your agent.
