Wells Fargo Auto Insurance Login | Make a Payment

Wells Fargo Auto Insurance policyholders can make payments towards their account and view policy details 24/7 by signing up for online access. Because Wells Fargo operates as an agency (i.e. they sell policies carried by other companies) you may need to go to your actual carrier’s site to sign in/enroll.

Note: The guides posted below detail how to navigate the WF website, not your carrier’s site.

How to Log In

Step 1 – Start by going to the homepage (https://www.wellsfargo.com/).

Step 2 – Select “Account Summary” (or another option) from the drop-down list, and then enter your username/password. Click the “Go” button to access your account.

Forgot Password – Hit the “Forgot Password/Username” link under the login form. Click the “Create New Password” link. Enter your username or social security number, and then enter your account number. Click the continue button to move on to the next step and reset your password.

Enroll in Online Access

Step 1 – Press the “Sign Up Now” link on the login form.

Step 2 – Fill in your social security number, account number, and email address. Press the continue button to go to the next section.

Step 3 – Create your username and password.

Make a Payment

Step 1 – Select “Bill Pay” from the drop-down list on the homepage and then enter your username/password.

Step 2 – Click the go button to sign in and make your payment.

File a Claim

Step 1 – Claims should be filed with your insurance carrier. Go to your carrier’s website for more information. You can also get in touch with your agent to help you through the process.
