Access your Western General Insurance policy online to make payments, view policy updates and billing history/details, as well as manage billing details (setup/review automatic payments). If you need to file a claim or make a payment go to the bottom of this page for more details.
How to Log In
Step 1 – Go to the customers page (https://www.westerngeneral.com/customers), and then click the “Access Your Policy Online” button to be transferred to the main login site.
Step 2 – Fill in your email address/password and then hit the login button to sign into your account.
Forgot Password – Click the forgot password link on the main login site. Enter your email address and policy number and then click the next button. You will be given further instructions on how to recover/reset your password.
Enroll in Online Access
Step 1 – Click the “Register Now” button on the login site.
Step 2 – Enter your email address and press the next button. Fill in your policy details and then create a password.
Make a Payment
Step 1 – Payments can be made by signing into your online account, or by using the “Quick Pay” service (go to the main login page and click the quick pay link).
Step 2 – Enter your policy number, first/last name, and billing ZIP code. Click the continue button and then enter your payment information.
File a Claim
Step 1 – Report a claim by calling 818-880-5433. The claims line is open 24 hours per day 7 days per week.
