Liberty Mutual motorcycle insurance policyholders can manage their policies and make payments online through the eService portal. Users can opt to pay without logging into their account, but they have to provide their credit card information. Below is an overview on how to sign up to eService, how to log in and how to make payments.
How to Login
Step 1 – Go to the homepage of the website and locate the customer ‘Log in’ link at the top of the page as shown below. Click on the link to kick-start the process.
Step 2 – A login form will pop up. Enter your username and password then click the ‘Login’ button to access your account.
- Forgot Username – To recover your username, click on the ‘username’ link at the bottom of the login form. You will have to enter your date of birth, last 4 digits of your SSN and your email address. Click ‘Submit’.
- Forgot Password – To reset your password, click on the ‘password’ link at the bottom of the login form. You will be required to provide your username and email address. Click ‘Submit’.
Enroll in Online Access
Step 1 – Go to the homepage and click on the ‘Log In’ link at the top of the page. On the pop up that appears, click on ‘Register Now’ as shown below.
Step 2 – Fill in the enrollment form. You will be required to enter your name, zip code, last 4 digits of your SSN and your date of birth. Click ‘Continue’.
Step 3 – Select your policy type. Since motorcycle is not on the list, select ‘other’. Enter your policy number and click ‘Continue’.
Step 4 – Follow prompt to complete the enrollment process.
Make a Claim
The claims process is simple and straightforward. Claims can be reported online, using the company’s mobile app or by calling 1-800-567-5568. To start the online claims process, customers have to log into their eService account.
