How to Login
Step 1 – On the company’s homepage, click on customer login as illustrated below.
Step 2 – Click ‘log in’ on the menu that appears.
Step 3 – You will be redirected to the customer center. Enter your email address and password then click ‘log in’ to access your account.
- Forgot Password – If you forget your password, click ‘forgot password’ on the customer center login page. Enter your email address and date of birth and click ‘Continue’. Follow prompt to reset your password.
Enroll in Online Access
Step 1 – On the homepage of the company’s website, click on ‘Customer Login’.
Step 2 – On the menu that appears, click ‘Sign Up Now’ at the bottom as shown below.
Step 3 – Enter your policy number and personal ID (PID). Click ‘Continue’ to proceed to the next step. Follow prompt to complete the enrollment process.
Make a Claim
Auto Owners does not have an online claims process. All claims are made through the more than 90 claims centers across 26 states. The claims process differs from state to state, but the company’s website gives a general overview of the claims process. The company provides a 24/7 roadside assistance at 1-888-TOW AOIC for motorists.
