Step 2 – On the next page, enter your full name, policy number, PIN, state and email address.  Click ‘Continue’ to proceed. You can make the payment through electronic check, ATM debit card and credit or check card. NOTE:  You can automate the payment process by signing up for the Easy Pay (EFT) Make a Claim Step 1 – Go to the Report or track a claim page.  Click on the ‘log into your account’ button. Step 2 – You will be redirected to the login page. Enter your email and password then click ‘Log In’ to access your account and report the claim. NOTE: You can also call customer service at 1(800) 445-3030 to make a claim 24/7.
