Existing Penn National home insurance policyholders can log in to their online account to make payments, update billing and account information, change payment plans, and file claims online 24/7.  This can also be done on an Android or iOS device after installing the company’s app. For a step by step guide on how to sign up for an account, log in, make payments and file a claim, read the instructions below. How to Log In Step 1 – Go to the website (https://www.pennnationalinsurance.com/). Step 2 – Locate the user login form on the left-hand side of the homepage. You are required to enter your email address to access your account. Click on the “Sign In” button to proceed. Step 3 – On the next page, enter your password in the login form and click on the Sign In button. Forgot Password – To recover your password, click on the “forgot password” link. Enter your email address to start the recovery process. Forgot Email – You need to get in touch with a customer service representative to recover your email address. Non-Login Payment Step 1 – Click on “Pay Online” at the top of the homepage. Step 2 – You will be redirected to Claims page. Select your account type and enter your policy number or account number. You will also need to enter your name and zip code. Click “Next”. You will now be able to pay. Make a Claim Step 1 – Go to the website and click on “Report a Claim”. Step 2 – Choose your account type and then enter your name, zip code and policy number. To proceed to the Claims form, click “Next”.
