Sprint phone insurance policyholders are able to manage and edit their policy information online via the website. To do this, you have to register for an account. Below is an overview of the enrollment process. How to Log In Step 1 – Go to the homepage of the website. Note: You can click on the login button at the top of this page to access the homepage directly. Step 2 – Click on the “Login” button on the top right hand side of your screen as shown below. Step 3 – You will be redirected to the Total Equipment Protection login page. Enter your mobile number and click “Submit” to log in. Enroll in Online Access Step 1 – Go to the homepage and click on the Login link at the top of the page as shown below. Step 2 – You will be redirected to the login page. Click on the “enrolling” link appearing just below the “Submit” button. Step 3 – You will be redirected to the policy overview page where you can review the features and plans available. Once you are done, call 1-800-584-3666 to enroll. Note: You will be able to access your online account after signing up to one of the company’s plans. Make a Claim Step 1 – On the homepage, click on the Claims link on the top menu as shown below. Step 2 – You will be redirected to the claims page. Click on the “File a Claim” link as shown below. Step 3 –Go over the requirements and click on the “Get Started” button. Step 4 – Fill in your personal details including your full name, mobile number of the affected device, your contact number and email address. Click Continue to proceed. Step 5 – In the steps that follow, you will be required to fill out and upload some documents to verify your identity. You should receive a replacement device within 2 days after your claim is approved.
