You can obtain a free Farmers home insurance quote over the phone (1-800-493-4917), on their website, or in-person at a local office. Quotes are only estimates, however prices reflect accurate representations of monthly payments and premiums.

Step 1 – On the homepage, select which type of insurance you want to receive a quote for from the drop-down menu. Enter your ZIP code into the input field and click the ‘Start Quote’ button.

Note: Click the ‘Retrieve a Saved Quote’ link if you wish to view/edit a previous quote you have saved.


Step 2 – You will be transferred to the four-step quote process. The first section is titled ‘Your Info.’ Enter your first name, last name, DOB, gender, and street address into the proper input fields and then click the ‘OK – Start My Quote’ button at the bottom of the page.


Step 3 – In the ‘Property’ section you will enter various property details. Select whether this is your primary property or not (from the drop-down menu), the number of property losses you’ve had over the past three years, and the type of home. You will also need to enter the year the house was built, square footage amount, if it is a single or double family house, the type of exterior (wood, brick, etc.), number of stories, number of bathrooms, roof type, garage type, and heating system type.

Note: Other details may be required depending on the type of property/house you are obtaining a quote for. 


Step 4 – The next section is titled ‘Discounts.’ Enter the required details into the input fields to see if you qualify for any potential discounts on your policy. After submitting this information, you will be transferred to the ‘Quote’ page where you can view your customized home insurance quote.
