How to Get a Quote

Step 1 – Go to the main application page (link opens in a new browser window/tab).

Step 2 – Click the “Professional liability quick quote” link.

Step 3 – Select whether you’re an individual, business/practice, policyholder, or school. Click the continue button to go to the next section.

Step 4 – Select your state, profession/area of study, whether or not you are a member of a professional association/organization, and then select your professional status (employed, self-employed, student). Hit the continue button to load the next section.

Note: Depending on your answer to your professional status you will need to provide additional details (e.g. if you work more than 24 hours per week, if you graduated from school in the past 12 months, etc.).
