GEICO motorcycle insurance payments can be made online, over the phone (1-800-442-9253, available seven days per week from 2:00 AM to 12:00 AM), via standard mail, through the GEICO mobile app, as well as in-person at a branch location. Online payments do not require the policyholder to sign in to their account. Follow the steps in the section below to sign in to your account.
Step 1 – On the ‘Manage Your Policy‘ page, enter your user ID, policy number or email address into the first input field, and then enter your password into the second input field. Click the ‘Login’ button.
Note: If you are making an online payment, click the ‘Make a Payment’ link located to the right of the login form, no sign-in is required.
Forgot Password – Click the ‘Forgot Password?’ link under the sign in form. You will be transferred to the password recovery page. Enter your email address, user ID or policy number, and your DOB. Click the ‘Continue’ button and follow the on-screen instructions.
Step 1 – On the main policy management page, click the ‘Sign up for online access’ link (outlined in red below).
Step 2 – You will transferred to the account activation page. Enter your policy number, DOB and ZIP code into the input fields and then click the ‘Continue’ button.
Step 3 – Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the online account registration process.
Claims can be filed online either via the account management center (once a user has logged in), or via this page (the user must supply his/her policy number and other required details in order to begin the claim process).
Step 1 – On the ‘Report a Claim‘ page enter your policy number and then click the ‘Continue’ button.
Note: Users who have an online account can log in by clicking the ‘Login with your user ID and password’ link.
