Existing Germania life insurance policyholders can create a GermaniaConnect account to view policy information, file claims and make payments. For instructions on how to sing up for an account, log in and make a payment, follow the step by step instructions given below.
How to Log In
Step 1 – Go to the website by clicking on the “login” link at the top of this page.
Step 2 – On the right hand side of the homepage, you will find the “Policyholder” Login form as shown below.
Step 3 – Enter your login credentials (password and user ID), then click “Go” to proceed.
Forgot Password or User ID – You can recover your user ID or rest your password by clicking on the “Forgot Password or User ID” link. You will be required to provide your email address to kick-start the process.
Enroll in Online Access
Step 1 – Go to the homepage and click on the “Register” link as shown below.
Step 2 – On the next page, choose a user name and password, and then enter your name and client ID. You will also be required to set up a security question and give an answer. Click “Register”.
Step 1 – Go to the homepage and click on the Quick Pay link at the top of the page.
Step 2 – Enter your billing zip code and policy number, and then click on the “Verify Policy” button to proceed.
Make a Claim
Log in to your Germania Connect account to file your claim.
