Create an account on the Integrity Insurance website to pay/view your bill, track the status of open claims, and more. The guides posted in the sections below provide an overview of the enrollment, login, password reset, and claims processes.
How to Log In
Step 1 – Go to the main login page (https://www.integrityinsurance.com/login) and then enter your email address/password into the input fields.
Note: You can also reach the sign-in page by clicking the login link on the Integrity homepage.
Forgot Password – Press the “Forgot Password?” link on the login page. Enter your email address and then hit submit. You will receive an email that will provide you with further instructions on how to finish resetting your password.
Enroll in Online Access
Step 1 – Click the “Create an Account” link on the sign-in page (under the input fields).
Step 2 – Enter your policy number and press continue. After entering your policyholder details you will be able to create your credentials (email, password, etc.).
Note: You policy number can be found on of your policy invoices.
Make a Payment
Step 1 – Payments can be made online by signing in to your account. You can also get in touch with your agent to setup payments.
File a Claim
Step 1 – Claims can be filed by calling (800)-445-3030, or by logging in to your account.
