The service allows users to renew their coverage, replace IDs, download visa application letters, update and review pending claims, and edit their personal details. They can do this from anywhere as long as they have access to the internet. The following is a step by step process for logging in and filing claims.
How to Log In
Step 1 – Visit the ISO website. You can use this URL ( https://www.internationalstudentinsurance.com). At the bottom of the page, click on the “student zone” link as illustrated below. You will be redirected to the login page. Alternatively, you can click on the “Login” link at the top of this page to access the login page directly.
Step 2 – Once you are on the login page, enter your certified ID and date of birth, and then click on the “Login” button to access your account. You can also use your password if you had previously created one.
Make a Claim
You have to obtain a bill from your doctor detailing the services you have received and how much they cost. Your healthcare provider will furnish you with the necessary documents once you let them know that you want to file an insurance claim. Download and fill in the claims form capturing as much details as possible.
