Create a National Interstate Insurance “service center” (online services) account in order to make payments, view important policy details, and more. The instructions posted in the guides below detail how to create an account, sign in, reset your password, as well as what to do if you need to file a claim.
How to Log In
Step 1 – Go to the homepage (http://www.nationalinterstate.com/).
Step 2 – Click the “Make a Payment” link to go to the main service center page.
Step 3 – Fill in your username/password and press the sign in button.
Forgot Password – Hit the “forgot password?” link on the main service center page. Enter your customer number/username and then press the continue button. On the next screen you will be given further instructions on how to reset/recover your password.
Enroll in Online Access
Step 1 – Go to the service center page and click the “First Time Users” link.
Step 2 – Enter your customer number, policy symbol, policy number, and policy module. Click the continue button and then create your login credentials.
File a Claim
Step 1 – If you need to report an accident/loss call the customer service/claims team at 800-929-0870.
Step 2 – Print out the claims form by going to the service center page, clicking the “How Do I report an Accident” link and then selecting “National Interstate.”
Make a Payment
Step 1 – Make online payments towards your policy by signing into your account.
