There are several ways to pay your Nationwide auto insurance bill. Payments can be made over the phone (1-877-262-0247), through standard mail (PO Box 742522 – Cincinnati, OH 45274-2522), as well as via several different online methods. Online payment options include direct pay, automated electronic fund transfer, electronic bill pay, or recurring bank card. How to Login
Step 1 – On the ‘Online Account Access‘ page, click the green ‘Log In or Sign Up’ button. The sign-in form will appear. Select the type of account (insurance) to log in to, enter your username and password into the input fields and then click the ‘Log In’ button.
Forgot Password – If cannot recall your username or password, click the ‘Forgot Username/Password?’ button at the bottom of the login form. The password recovery/reset process is comprised of four steps. In the first step you will enter your name, DOB, ZIP code and last four digits of your SSN. Click the ‘Continue’ button at the bottom of the page to move on to the next section. Provide all required information and follow the on-screen instructions to reset/recover your username or password.
Enroll in Online Access
Step 1 – Go to the ‘Online Account Access‘ page. Click the ‘Sign Up For Insurance Online Account Access’ link (outlined in the screenshot below). You will be redirected to the five-step registration form.

Step 2 – Enter you first and last name (exactly as they appear on your insurance policy/card), DOB, ZIP code and last four digits of your SSN. Click the ‘Continue’ button to move on to the next section.

Step 3 – Verify your identity by providing the requested personal information. Follow the on-screen instruction until you have completed all of the steps and your account has been successfully registered.
Make a Claim
Step 1 – Click the ‘Claims Center’ link on the homepage, and then press ‘File an Auto Claim.’
Step 2 – You will be redirected to the secure online claim submission form. Each section of the form will require you to answer questions regarding your auto claim/loss. There are seven total sections (1. Begin 2. Policy 3. Policyholder 4. Incident 5. Driver 6. Vehicle 7. Finish). Click the ‘Continue’ at the bottom of each section to continue on to the next section.
