North Carolina Farm Bureau Home Insurance Login | Make a Payment

North Carolina Farm Bureau homeowners insurance policyholders can view and update their policy information, file claims, and make payments by logging in to the Customer Portal. Existing customers can set up an account and log in by following the steps outlined below. The step by step process for filing claims and making payments is also outlined.

How to Log In

Step 1 – Go to the website (http://www.ncfbins.com/).

Step 2 – On the right-hand side of your screen, enter your username on the login form as shown below. Click “Next” to proceed.

Step 3 – On the next page, enter your password and click on the “Login” button.

Forgot Username – On the Customer Portal login page, click on the “forgot username” link appearing on the login form. Enter your policy number and email address to recover your username.

Forgot Password – Reset your password by clicking on the “forgot password” link appearing on the login form on the homepage. Enter your username and click on the “Next” button. Answer a security question to complete the process.

Enroll in Online Access

Step 1 – Click on the “Register Now” link appearing on the login form on the right-hand side of the homepage as shown below.

Step 2 – You will be redirected to another page where you will get an overview of the details required to set up an account. Click on “Get Started” to continue.

Step 3 – Enter your personal details including your phone number, SSN, zip code, policy number and date of birth. Click “Next” to continue.

Note: To complete the process, you will be required to set up your login credentials and security questions.

Non-Login Payment

Step 1 – On the website, click on “make a payment” as shown below.

Step 2 – Click on “Pay Now” under “Quick Payment” as illustrated below.

Step 3 – Enter your policy number and zip code. Click “Next” to pay.

Make a Claim

Filing of claims is done by logging into your existing “Customer Portal” account. On the navigation bar, click on the “My Claims” link. Have your policy documents with you and provide as much detail as possible regarding the damage or loss you have incurred.
