Philadelphia Insurance Companies antique/collector car policyholders can manage their policies and make payments through their MyPHLY account. Payments can also be made over the phone or by mail. For more information about the payment options available, click here. Users of the MyPHLY service can view endorsements and policies, file and follow up on claims, edit their personal details, and access training documents. Read the sections below to learn how to sign in to your account, sign up for a new account, log in to your account via a mobile device and file for a claim online.
How to Log In
Step 1 – You can either log in by entering your login credentials in the login form on the homepage (hover your cursor over the Login or Register link to generate the login form), or by going to the login page directly (here).
Forgot your user name – Press the “Forgot your user name” link on the login page or the homepage to initiate the username recovery process. You will be required to enter your email address. Click “next” to proceed with the recovery process.
Forgot your password – Press the “Forgot your password” link on the homepage or login page. You will be required to enter your email address and username to initiate the rest process.

Enroll in Online Access
Step 1 – Go to the main login page and click on the Create Account link as shown below.
Step 2 – On the next page, select “insured”.
Step 3 – You will be redirected to the online registration form. Enter your account number, policy number, name, and email address. You will also be required to set up a password of your choice. Click “Continue” to proceed. If the information you enter matches with what is on record, your account will be automatically activated.

Step 2 – Click on the Login button as shown below.
Step 3 – Enter your login credentials and click “Login”.
Make a Claim Online
Step 1 – On the homepage, click on the “Claims Center” link.
Step 2 – On the next page, read the instructions on how to file a claim and then click on “Report Claim”
Step 3 – Fill in the form provided and provide as much details as possible. Attach any supporting documents and click “Submit”.
