Progressive Homeowners Insurance Login | Make a Payment

You can make a payment towards your Progressive homeowners insurance policy on their website, over the phone, as well as via standard mail. In order to manage your policy online you must log in to your account. Follow the instructions provided in the sections below to access your online account, register your policy online, or make a claim.

How to Login

Step 1 – On the homeowners page, press the ‘Log In’ button as outlined below.

Note: You can also sign in via the link located on the homepage.

Step 2 – Enter your user ID and password.

Note: Check the ‘Save User ID’ box if you are using a personal computer and do not want to go through the login process every time you want to manage your policy.

Forgot Password – Click the ‘Forgot User ID or Password?’ link on the login form if you need to reset your password or recover your username. Enter your email into the input field and then click the ‘Continue’ button to begin the recovery/reset process.

Note: You can press the ‘Recover your password without email’ link if you cannot recall/do not have access to the email address you registered your account with.

Enroll in Online Access

Step 1 – Press the ‘Register Your Policy’ on the login page.

Step 2 – You can either enter your policy number or your driver’s license number. Click the ‘Continue’ button and follow the on-screen instructions, providing all necessary information until your policy has been registered and your account is active.

Note: If you do not know your policy number, or are otherwise unable to create your account – get in touch with a customer support representative at 1-800-776-4737.

Non-login Payment

You do not need to sign in to your account to pay your policy bill.

Step 1 – Click the ‘Make a Payment’ link on the login page as outlined below.

Step 2 – Enter your policy number OR email address into the first field, then enter your ZIP code and birth date.

 

Make a Claim

Step 1 – In order to make a home insurance claim, go to this page (scroll down to the homeowners section). Call or visit the website of your Nationwide-partnered insurance company.

Note: If your company is not listed, you must call 1-855-344-1040 (available Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST).
