QBE Make a Payment | File a Claim

QBE Insurance policyholders (personal/business/aviation) can make payments towards their policy online via the “QBEpay” interface. The system allows for the customer to either enroll (and set up recurring payments), or send a one-time payment (with no need to enroll in the service). Use the guide below to learn how to navigate the QBE site and make an online payment. Policyholders can file a claim by either calling one of the claim departments (numbers provided in the “Claim” section below) or by reporting it directly to their agent.
