In order to pay your State Farm motorcycle insurance bill online, you can either sign in to your account, or pay without logging in. You can also manage certain aspects of your policy once you are logged in as well. The sections below provide a detailed overview of the login in/registration processes, how to pay a bill without signing in, reset your account password, and report a motorcycle claim online.
Step 1 – Start by going to the homepage.
Step 2 – Enter your user ID into the first input field. Enter your password, and then select a sign-in option from the drop-down list. Click ‘Log In.’
Forgot Password – Click the ‘Password’ or ‘user ID’ links in the login form, you will be redirected to the password reset page. Provide all of the necessary information, and follow the on-screen instructions to reset your password/recover your user ID.
Step 1 – Hover over the ‘Login’ link on any page of the website, and then click the ‘Register’ link (as outlined below). You will be transferred to the policy registration page.
Step 2 – Enter the required information into the input fields, clicking the ‘Continue’ button at the bottom of each page until you have successfully created your online account.

Step 2 – Click the ‘Pay Now’ button.
Step 3 – On the next page, enter the ‘Key Code’ from your most recent billing statement, and then click ‘Continue.’ In the next step, you will enter your payment details, review your information, and then submit your payment for processing.
To report a motorcycle claim, you must contact a local agent to initiate the process (claims cannot currently be reported online).
Step 1 – Go to this page, and enter your ZIP code in the form outlined below. Click the ‘Go’ button to find the contact information of the agent closest to you.
