Register for a Young America Insurance website account to gain access to your policy online. Once you’re enrolled for online access you will be able to make payments, view policy information, and more. The sections below cover how to sign in to your policy, reset your password, log in to the online payment service, and how to file a claim.
How to Log In
Step 1 – Go to the main login page (https://www.youngamericaauto.com/policy/login).
Step 2 – Enter the email address that you enrolled with and your password into the form. Click the submit button to sign in.
Forgot Password – If you don’t know your password click the “I Forgot My Password” link on the main login page. Fill in your policy number and hit the submit button. An email will be sent to the address that you signed up with containing instructions on how to reset your password.
Enroll in Online Access
Step 1 – Go to the policy registration page (link opens in a new browser tab/window).
Step 2 – Enter the following details into the form:
- Policy number/ID
- Last name
- Date of birth
- ZIP code
- Email address
Step 3 – Press the submit button to complete the enrollment process.
Make a Payment
Step 1 – Go to the payment login page (https://www.youngamericaauto.com/payments).
Step 2 – Enter your policy number and ZIP, then hit submit.
Step 3 – Fill in your payment details/amount/etc.
File a Claim
Step 1 – Claims can be reported over the phone by calling (1-800-880-0472). The claims line is open from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM Monday through Friday, and from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Saturday (MST).
