Zurich North America Login | Make a Payment

Current Zurich business insurance customers can access policy/plan information, file claims, view status updates, and perform numerous other account management tasks by enrolling for online access. A complete listing of online services available to customers can be viewed on this page (link will open in another tab/window). Follow the guides below to learn how to sign in, register a new account, as well as how to access the online claim reporting system.

How to Log In

Step 1 – Begin by going to the Zurich North America homepage (www.zurichna.com).

Step 2 – Click the ‘Login’ link in the main menu, outlined in the screenshot below.


Step 3 – Enter your username and password into the input fields and then click the ‘Log In’ button to gain access.


Forgot Password – On the main login page, press the ‘Forget Your Password?’ in the menu on the right side of the page. Enter your username, and then provide an answer for you account’s password reset question. Enter your new password, and then click ‘Submit.’


Enroll in Online Access

Step 1 – On the main sign-in page, press the ‘Sign Up Now’ link. You will be taken to the account creation page.


Step 2 – Press the ‘Sign Up’ button.


Step 3 – Enter your email address, and select which type of account you are creating (agent, customer, visitor, etc.). Click ‘Next.’


Step 4 – In the remaining steps, you will be required to enter various personal/business details, create your username, password, and security verification credentials.

Make a Claim

You can report/initiate a claim over the phone (1-800-987-3373), via email (USZ_CareCenter@Zurichna.com), as well as online.

Step 1 – Go to the main claims site (https://webclaims.zurichna.com/).

Step 2 – Select which type of claim you want to file.


Step 3 – Depending on the type of claim you’re filing, you will be required to enter several sections of detailed personal/business/claims information (e.g. ‘Insured,’ ‘Reported By,’ ‘Contact,’ ‘Accident,’ ‘Claimant,’ ‘Witness,’ ‘Additional Details,’ etc.).


Step 4 – Review all of the information you’ve entered, and then click ‘Submit Claim’ at the bottom of the form.
