Quotes are only available in the 5 states where members can buy the stand alone policy without buying any other medical plan. These states are Alaska, Delaware, Arizona, Pennsylvania, and Illinois. How to Get a Quote
Step 1 – Go to the dental insurance page on the company’s website and click on the ‘Buy a dental plan from us’ link as shown below.
Step 2 – You will be redirected to another page where you will be required to select your state to view the plans available in your area.
Step 3 – On the next page, you can view the dental plans available by selecting your age group – 49 and under and 50 and over.
Step 4 – When you are done reviewing what each plan entails, scroll down and click on the ‘see plan costs’ button.
Step 5 – On the next page, you will get to see the quotes for each dental plans based on the applicant’s age group. You can start the application process by clicking on ‘Apply Now’.
NOTE: rates for families and couples are based on the oldest couple.
