Step 1 – Go to the website (http://www.coventryone.com/).
Step 2 – Select your state from the drop down menu as shown below.
Step 3 – Click on the Explore button to view available plans.
Step 4 – You can now view available plans and the corresponding prices available in your state. The plans are divided into Gold, Silver, Bronze and Catastrophic. The bronze level plans will pay about 60% of covered health care costs and have lower monthly premiums. Out-of-pocket deductibles, co-payments and coinsurance are higher. Silver level plans pay about 70% of covered health care costs and have higher monthly premiums than Bronze plans. Out of pocket co-payments, deductibles and coinsurance are lower than those of bronze plans. For Gold plans, pay is about 80% of covered costs and the plans have lower out of pocket costs for coinsurance, co-payments and deductibles. Catastrophic plans are tailored to those individuals who have not attained the age of 30. The plans have lower monthly payments and some preventive services are covered at 100%.
